Each Ruby Scents fragrance is prepared with care before dispatch.

• Inspired fragrances are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days.
• Custom fragrances are individually prepared to your selected composition and may require 3–7 business days before dispatch.

Processing times are separate from delivery times and may be extended during periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
