Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary between individuals. The way a fragrance develops may also vary depending on factors including skin, environment and application.

Our custom fragrance service allows you to select fragrance notes and preferences from the options provided.

Because custom fragrances are individually created according to your selections, the finished fragrance may develop differently from how individual notes are perceived separately.

Selections should therefore be made carefully before an order is submitted.

Where a fragrance is described as inspired by another fragrance, this is intended to communicate its general olfactory inspiration or scent direction.

Ruby Scents is an independent fragrance house and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the respective designer brands or fragrance houses unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, product unavailability, or inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

The Ruby Scents name, branding, website content, imagery, designs and other original materials belonging to Ruby Scents may not be reproduced or used without permission except as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website will apply from its stated effective date.
